When most people think of a radio tower, they think of big clunky cell phone towers. 
WiFi-4-You towers do not look like that.  Our towers are usually a single mast around
30 to 40 feet tall and about 2.5 inches in diameter at the base.  We also have a
smaller 'roof mount' tower that is about 25 feet tall and usually requires no guy
wires attached to the ground. We will not know exactly what type of tower will need to
be constructed until we visit your location.  Every site is different.

 
Requirements of hosting a tower:

 - You must own, or be mortgaging your property, and be current on your payments and taxes.
   We cannot use rental properties unless you are the owner/landlord of the property.

 - Your property must not be in a low lying area (down in a hole compared to other properties
   around you.)  The higher the better.

 - Your property must be free of large trees (nothing taller than 15-20 feet.)  Ideally, your
   neighbors' properties should be free of large trees, as well.

 - You must not have a history of delinquent power bills. We may ask to see your power bill
   payment history.  It is obviously extremely important that we do not lose power to our
   equipment and have a service interruption due to a delinquent power bill.  WiFi-4-You does not
   reimburse for power used by our system.  However, the power consumption is very low and
   should not increase your power bill more than about $4 - $6 per month.

 - You must be willing to grant us 24/7 access to your property.  While we use state of the art
   equipment that is very dependable, the need may arise that we would have to replace
   faulty components from time to time.  We are committed to running a highly dependable network
   with minimal down times, even if this means repairing a tower in the middle of the night.
   We would, of course, call you before showing up at 3 o'clock in the morning.
   However, most repairs or maintenance will be performed during the day.

 - You must be willing to sign a legal contract agreeing to the above terms.
